  • 1 Occupant: $17,010 to $38,850 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 2 Occupants: $19,460 to $44,400 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 3 Occupants: $21,875 to $49,950 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 4 Occupants: $24,290 to $55,500 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 5 Occupants: $26,250 to $59,950 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 6 Occupants: $28,210 to $64,400 maximum annual household income on select units.

Security Deposits:

  • Refundable Security Deposit: $250 (all unit sizes)
  • Refundable Pet Deposit: $100 per pet (two pets per household, breed and weight restrictions apply)
  • Non-refundable Pet Fee: $100 per pet (restrictions apply)
  • Non-refundable Application Fee: $25 per adult
